Who we are

What information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us we collect the details you provide, usually your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a short description of your project. We do not collect payment details through this website.
How we use your information
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a free site visit and provide a written quote. If you become a customer, we may also use them to schedule installation, send invoices and honour your workmanship guarantee.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us operate, for example, our email provider or accounting software, under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Customer records (contracts, invoices, guarantee documents) are kept for as long as your workmanship guarantee is active plus any period required by UK tax law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights email charlie@ukdirectpaving.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
