About these terms
These terms apply to quotes, installations and any related work provided by Direct Paving Group UK ("we", "us", "our"). They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Quotes
Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued and are based on the site conditions observed during our free site visit. Prices are fixed unless the scope of work changes; any additional works discovered during excavation will be quoted, explained and agreed in writing before we proceed.
Deposits and payment
A deposit is required to secure your installation date. Stage payments may apply on larger projects, with the balance due on completion. We accept bank transfer, cash and card. Ownership of installed materials transfers to you on final payment.
Scheduling and access
Confirmed start dates depend on weather, ground conditions and safe site access. If we're unable to work due to circumstances outside our control we'll notify you promptly and rearrange at the earliest opportunity at no extra cost to you.
Workmanship guarantee
Every project is backed by a written workmanship guarantee of up to 10 years, issued on completion. The guarantee covers structural integrity, installation defects and sub-base failure under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by third parties, vehicles exceeding the design load, ground movement outside our control, or lack of reasonable maintenance.
Manufacturer warranties
Where product manufacturer warranties apply (for example on Marshalls, Brett, Bradstone or Tobermore ranges), those warranties are provided in addition to our workmanship guarantee and are administered directly with the manufacturer.
Insurance
We hold £1 million public liability insurance for all work we undertake. A copy of the current policy schedule is available on request.
Cancellations
You may cancel a booking without charge until materials have been ordered on your behalf. After that, deposits may be non-refundable to the extent that materials or bespoke items have been committed to.

If anything is not to your satisfaction, contact us at charlie@ukdirectpaving.com or 07554 952489. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and resolve them promptly and fairly.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
